Tuesday Trigger, I'm so pretty

I am entering this weeks Tuesday Trigger offered by the Moxie Fab World Blog at www.moxiefabworld.com. The picture is so pretty, loving the rose covered pillow in grey.

Here is my take on the picture, the colors were a big draw for me and also the roses. So I made these paper roses, stamped the butterfly and sentiment and glued metallic beads. Hope you like! You still have time to enter if you are so inspired. :) TFL!

Sweet Baby Card

I made this card for a sweet couple at our church that have been blessed with a little baby girl. I don't get to do much "girl" stuff since I have my two boys and only 1 niece...So, I sometimes struggle with it. But I love this little carriage that is on the Graphically Speaking Cartridge (cricut) and combined with the swirls folder on the Cuttlebug I think it came out so cute. I added some lace to the top and the bed of the little carriage for texture.

Introducing brothers

This layout was originally done for a one hour challenge at club ck! If you haven't tried it you should but, it's tough. The original did not have a journal spot nor a sticker and the picture was lousy due to the rushed circumstances lol...I did fix it though and am happy it's done :) thanks for visiting!

Happy New Year!

I know a little late but I wanted to let everyone know that I am wishing you all a very happy new year! I am hoping that this year is better for me and my family, it has been a rough couple of years for us and I think we could use a break this year! I know there are alot of people in the same situation so I feel you! I'm praying for more financial stability and just a better year in general.:) I got to spend the New Year with my extended family members which I haven't done since I've been married. It was so nice to spend the holiday with them. We spent the whole time practically outdoors sitting around a bonfire talking and laughing. The picture is from my uncle's property in West Central Texas, so peaceful out there. My youngest sure enjoyed the outdoor life..lol....I'm hoping to get some new projects up soon, My goal is to finish some albums that are started but not completed this year. I have a family vacation I took when my youngest was a baby, he is now 4! I really want to finish that! Thanks for visiting my blog! You are very appreciated!
